Prime Homeway – Returns & Warranty Policy


Notice

At this time, Prime Homeway does not offer in-person or walk-in returns.

All returns must be initiated by contacting our support team.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos or video evidence to assist with the claim process.

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Replacement parts
  • Or a refund

depending on product availability.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order by customer

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will assist in arranging a return solution.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Warranty Policy

Some products may include a limited manufacturer warranty.

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be stated on the product page.

Unless otherwise specified, products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and are not transferable.
