Shipping Policy – Prime Homeway

Fast and reliable delivery across Canada.

Prime Homeway partners with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canpar Express, and Day & Ross to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

Prime Homeway ships orders across Canada.

Deliveries to remote regions and Northern territories — including Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), and Nunavut (NU) — may require additional transit time and may be subject to additional remote delivery charges.

We ship only to verified physical addresses.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

Major cities:
3–8 business days

Regional areas:
5–10 business days

Northern territories:
7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all items.

If you would like to make any changes to your delivery (such as address updates or special requests), please contact our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Please note that local pickup is not available. All orders are delivered directly to your address through our shipping partners.




5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after payment confirmation, please contact us.


6. Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may:

• leave the package at the door (depending on courier policy)
• leave a delivery notice
• attempt redelivery according to their procedures

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the sender.


Most deliveries do not require a signature upon arrival. If no one is available at the address, the courier may leave the package in a safe place, such as your front door, in accordance with their delivery policy.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the package may be held at a local facility for a limited time before being returned to our warehouse.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

• take clear photos
• contact us within 48 hours

Please do not discard packaging materials until the claim process is completed.

Prime Homeway works with trusted carriers and will assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.


8. Shipping Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Not Covered Under Special Circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or postal code provided by the customer at checkout
  • Orders for which a return or exchange has been requested without a valid reason

• severe weather conditions
• natural disasters
• transportation disruptions
• labour strikes
• power outages
• other force majeure events
